Overview
Start your career with our Radiography program. Radiographers assist radiologists with procedures like fluoroscopic imaging and gastrointestinal exams. They also assist in the operating room in vascular, orthopedic, and neurological studies. After completing this degree and passing the ARRT Radiography Certification exam, students can continue their education with certificates in Computed Tomography, Mammography, Bone Density, MRI, and Interventional Radiography.
The combined lecture and clinical training meets national accreditation standards and prepares you to become a highly skills work-force ready Radiography Technician.

Requirements
- All courses must be passed with a minimum grade of C or higher to progress to the next semester.
- Pre-requisite coursework must be completed with a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher prior to acceptance into the program.
- Students must be able to meet Radiography Technician program vaccine, background check, and drug screen requirements.
- A minimum of 15 credits must be taken at GCC (general education classes) in order to graduate from GCC.
