Patty Polakowski

Administrative Assistant - Copper Country Center Director

Patty began employment at GCC in 2013 at the main campus in Ironwood. She then transferred to the Copper Country Center in 2014 where she currently serves as Assistant to the Director of Off-Campus Operations.  Her previous roles include Assistant – Institutional Support and Administrative Assistant to the Dean of Instruction. Patty also worked for Smurfit-Stone Container in the Accounting and Forest Resources departments. Patty earned her Associate degree in Accounting & Data Processing from Gogebic Community College.

Patty grew up in Ontonagon and resides there with her husband. She enjoys the outdoors, 4-wheeling, hunting, weekends at camp, and spending time with her three kids and granddaughters.
