Noel L. Aho of Hurley, WI was hired as the Women’s Softball Coach based on her credentials and experience. Aho, a GCC alum, holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Northland College. She began the softball program at Ironwood High School and served as the coach from 2010-2014. During that time, the team made three appearances at the Michigan District Championships and were conference champions in 2013, along with her being awarded Coach of the Year honors. She has extensive coaching experience in various sports, working with youth through high school. Aho is gearing up for the inaugural women’s softball season in the Spring of 2019.

STUDENT-ATHLETE PHYSICAL FORM
Student-athletes at Gogebic Community College must receive a satisfactory sports physical prior to participating in any intercollegiate sports activity. Before a student-athlete may practice, he/she must have this physical form on file with the Athletic Director. Completion of this physical is the responsibility of the student-athlete prior to the beginning of the sport season. Please note: a successfully passed physical is valid for the academic year.
