Assessment Test Information for Principles of Anatomy & Physiology I (BIO 160)

In order to ensure students have an adequate background to successfully learn the material covered in Anatomy and Physiology (a science course which requires application of basic biology and chemistry principles), individuals who intend to enroll in BIO 160 Principles of Anatomy & Physiology I (beginning Fall 2009 or later) must either:

(a) complete BIO 101 and CHM 101 with a C or higher
or
(b) pass the Math and Science Departmental Chemistry and Biology Assessment Exams before they can register for the course.

Students interested in taking the test need to refer to three documents for information about the tests:

The Objectives simply give an outline of the information needed; it is the student’s responsibility to locate adequate study materials.
